DRV8876-Q1: output current control

Hi team,

I have below two questions for DRV8876QPWPRQ1:

1. If this BDC driver is used for driving the relay coil, could it control the current? For example, start at 3.5A and maintain at 2A.
2. Could this current be sensed by MCU?
