DRV8231: some of the batch not working properly

Tool/software:

I recently purchased two batch of DRV8231 in November 2024 the first batch purchased from digikey its working fine with our circuit. but second batch i purchased in march 2025 from digikey no output voltage from driver ic same circuit followed as per data sheet. what is the issue i had now.
