DRV8214: I made an open-source Arduino/ESP32/STM32 I2C library for sensorless DC motor driver available on Github

Hello, I saw someone asking on the TI forum whether an Arduino Library existed for the DRV8214 driver, and since I also needed one and couldn't find anything online, I created one myself.

It is still a work in progress, and I'm not a software engineer, but I did my best and it is already functioning pretty well on ESP32 (not yet tested on STM32).
