DRV8353: OC Setting

Tool/software:

In the bench test, we found the short current has large variations as waveform below when doing different phase-to-phase short event.

It looks when short event is happened with U-W phases, the short current reaches closed to 705A trigger point and Fault pin to trigger MOSFET turned OFF. 

Could you help to check if there is any missing? Thanks. 

Register VDS_LVL (1001b) setting 1001b=0.6V

MOSFET's Rds(on) =1.7m Ohm,max

OC Level = 0.6V/(1.7m/2Ohm) = 705A at 25degreeC as OC trigger point.

Waveform 1: U-W Phase-Phase Short event, the max. short current goes up to 731A.  

Waveform 2: U-V Phase-Phase short, the short current goes up to 479A

Waveform 3: V-W phase-Phase short, the short current goes up to 532A.
