DRV8353F: DRV8353FS DVDD capacitor value

I am currently designing a board with a DRV8353FS gate driver. The datasheet mentions a 1-uF, 6.3V rated X7R capacitor. How critical is this value? As I want to consolidate my BoM, I plan on using a 2.2uF, 10V, X7R capacitor. Would that lead to any instability for the internal 5-V regulator?
