DRV10964: DRV10964 CONFIG USE？

Tool/software:

With DRV10964, there is a question about the function of config pin, that is, the switch between open loop and closed loop. If the threshold is set high and the target speed is lower than the threshold, is the loop always open? Or do you charge to the set threshold and then lower to the target speed?

1. If the speed corresponding to the threshold is set to 3000rpm, and the target speed is 1500rpm, please increase it to 3000rpm and then return to 1500rpm.

2. Can the CONFIG pin be grounded directly? If the direct ground is open loop control?
