DRV8872-Q1: Leakage Current

Hi team,

For Half-bridge driver chip of DRV8872-Q1, my customer Valeo have a problem in their application. When Pin6 out1 is connected to the SOV (Solenoid Operated Valve) control terminal as a low-side switch, the leakage current of SOV reaches 20mA  in standby mode. Can you analyze why the leakage is so big? They found that this problem did not occur in the same application of TLE94112 with the same half-bridge output.
