DRV3901-Q1: NAD configuration and 3V3 SPI

can the device be used with a 3.3 V SPI? From DS seems to be possible, can you confirm it? MOSI, nCS and CLK are received correctly. Only MISO need to be aligned to the microcontroller.

NAD address can be configured with a 3.3V pullup instead of 5V pullup? The check for the configuration is based on some voltage level o current measurement ?
