We are developing a safety critical motor control ECU primarily for automotive applications. Other potential application areas are industry and maybe military. One of the candidates for the motor bridge driver in our application is the TI DRV3201-Q1 / DRV3205-Q1 (the required voltage is not finally determined, yet).
Currently we are in the concept phase of the ISO26262. For the safety analyses (FMEA, FTA) now and in the later phases and for our safety concept we need information about the failure modes of the DRV320x (including values for the safety relevant parameters).
As I've seen in the safety manual for the DRV3201-Q1 there is extensive safety documentation available. Prerequisite is an NDA with TI, which we already have obtained (one of the TI MCUs is also candidate). How can we obtain the mentioned safety documentation for TI DRV3201-Q1 / DRV3205-Q1?
What is the general procedure for the further safety development (keyword: DIA - Development Interface Agreement)?
