DRV8353R: DRV8353RHRGZ

Tool/software:

We have selected DRV8353RHRGZ IC for Motor driving, to reduce the power losses uses three parallel Mosfet with single Gate driving pin e.g. Pin 8 (GHA). the routing of this gate signal below attached image (highlighted in Yellow).

The routing is done for gate signal with length matching for every mosfet switching in sync. this approach is correct or not?
