DRV8353: Different Vgs loading curve for high and low side switch

Tool/software:

Hi guys,

I made some measurements at BLDC driver stage MOSFETs and wondering why the time to fully load the Vgs for High Side switch (left) take approx. 5 times longer than for the low side switch (right)

800ns compared to 150ns

The DC-Link voltage = Vdrain = 56V

Used Mosfets = Infineon Optimos 5 IAUC100N08S5N043 ; 56nC gate charge max.

Can someone explain why loading high side Vgs takes significant longer than low side?
