DRV8161EVM: GUI and EVM connection

My customer is facing an issue on GUI and EVM connection. Can you give me your advice?

Please let me know if you need additional information.

<Situation>

• When the PC and EVM are connected, the "connected to TI Cloud Agent." remains unchanged.
• Clicking “Connect to Hardware” in the bottom left corner of the GUI does not change the situation.

<Setting>

• HW: DRV8161EVM + LAUNCHXL-F280049C
• LED status
  • DRV8316EVM -> MCU: Off, GVDD, PVDD, 3.3V: ON
  • LAUNCHXL-F280049C -> LED0,1,3,5: ON
• Browser: Microsoft Edge
• Browser Extension: ON
