DRV10974: Motor spins opposite way

Dear TI experts,

My customer is now in mass production stage of their own product using DRV10974.

They tests PCB assembly in production line. And sometimes they found that some assemblies make the motor spin in opposite way. 

Normally the motor should spin in conterclockwise, but some motors spin in clockwise. (2 of 650 asseblies spins in clockwise - unintended action)

Please check the schematic first.

My customer applied failure analysis through TI.com, but it was declined because there is no evidence of a systemic issue with this device or this particular production lot.

So I am asking you to solve this problem in technical way.
