MCF8329EVM: open loop issue and MOTOR_BRAKE_ON_STOP

Hi all,

Due to the customer's urgent needs, could you please answer at least one or more of the following questions today as much as you can.

The L of motor is 0.006mH and R is 0.012Ω. 2 pairs of poles and 30000rpm.The 1mΩ resistance in EVM have been changed to 5mΩ and the CSA_GAIN=20V/V, BASE_CURRENT is also calculated to 19a.

First, the Algorithm status in motor studio keeps showing MOTOR_BRAKE_ON_STOP. Restart the EVM cannot resolve, and the PIN-BRAKE is low. Does it mean the EVM is corrupted? We experienced this after running the EVM to high temperature.

Second, how we can adjust the parameters to enable the open loop: MPET can accelerate the motor to high speed, but normal startup cannot (align/open loop/close loop). The motor is only vibrating at first and completely stop after entering a higher frequency. Align also appears to fail (no significant rotation of the motor).MPET_OPEN_LOOP_SLEW_RATE=OL_ACC_A1 and OL_ACC_A2=0. 

Third, how we can adjust the parameters to enable the Measuring Motor Mechanical Parameter: Measure Motor BEMF Constant can be finished. But when Measuring Motor Mechanical Parameter, the motor speed up to the final speed and just keep on it. We wait the results of it for 3minutes, but it doesn't end and no answer is given.
