DRV8243H-Q1EVM: PSPICE model IPROPI behaviour

I have started to evaluate the DRV8243 H variant for a project. I downloaded the simulation for it an run it, but when I look at the IPROPI voltage, it seems to go negative when reversing the current over the load? In the data sheet it is stated that the voltage on the IPROPI pin is 0-5V not negative? is this a problem with the model or do it behave like this in real life?
