DRV8873: PWM generator for H-bridge driver

I want to use DRV8873 as a voltage controlled source, meaning that instead of using a microcontroller to drive PWM, I would like to generate PWM signal from a small signal AC source. 

Spec-wise: PWM frequency up to 1MHz (if this IC doesn't support so high frequency, there are other that do); PWM width error <1%, propagation delay <1us.  Are there off-the-shelf ICs that can be used for it?
