DRV8316: UVW port waveform is not correct

Tool/software:

hi,

we are using DRV8316CTRGFR chip to dirver BLDC，we uing 3xPWM mode, when connect motor the chip output PWM waveform is not as expected, not connet motor the waveform is right.

the waveform is as below, the yellow is phase A, the blue is expected of B and C,  the real of B/C is red and green
