DRV8706-Q1: Abnormal voltage on SH1/SH2 in idle mode

Hi expert,

My customer found that the SH1/SH2 voltage are all slightly over PVDD in idle mode. We even remove the DC motor itself.

In idle mode, the mosfet is not turned on and the diagnostic is not on(PU/PD is disabled). 

SH1/SH2 all has 400kohm pull down resistor network for voltage sampling, so in this case, I think the SH1/SH2 should be near 0V.

I don't know why it is over PVDD voltage.

Will we have some leakage current for SH1/SH2?
