MCT8316A: Condition writing and reading from shadow RAM to EEPROM

1. What are the conditions for saving from shadow RAM to EEPROM?

According to the information from E2E, it is understood that the status must be "MOTER_IDLE (06h)", but is it completely impossible for it to be in any other status?
Please tell me if there are any other conditions besides the status.

2. What are the conditions for reading from EEPROM to shadow RAM?

There is no clear information on this.
We have confirmed that reading is not possible in the "SYSTEM_IDLE (00h)" status.
Are the conditions the same as when writing?
