DRV3946-Q1: Current sense scaling factor from 0 to 200mA

At the datasheet scaling factors are provided from 200mA UP TO 6A, but from 0 to 200mA there is no information at all. For safety purposes in my application is necessary to measure the "OFF" current, so even if the error at these low currents is high, we would like to know what your measurements for this range are (0 to 0.2A)
