DRV8873: Why integrated FET type of motor driver does not needs snubber circuit?

Hello, teams

I'm gathering information about TI's motor driver (integrated FET).
Why integrated FET type of motor driver does not needs snubber circuit?

From my understanding, TI's motor driver(integrated FET)'s parastic inductance/capacitanc are already optimized.

So internal ringging voltage of switching will always below integrated FET's recommended specification, I guess.
This is why TI's motor driver does not need snubber circite, right?

Or Is snubber circuite already involved in motor driver?
Or even if we use motor driver(integrated FET), are there any case we must place snubber circite near the internal FET?

On the other hand,if customer use external FET type of motor driver, it is difficult to optimize PCB layout for minimize rigging voltage by theirself, i guess.
Please tell me.

Best regards,
akashi
