DRV8705-Q1: short condition between VCP and PVDD

Hello Experts,

My customer has question as follows. Would you answer it, please?
[Question]
1. How DRV8705-Q1 will behave when it has short condition between VCP and PVDD? Device will get damage?
2. The recommended cap between VCP and PVDD is stated 1uF/16V. I think that 16V voltage rating is set due to VCP is created from PVDD and VVCP is specified 11Vmax. Is my understanding correct?
