Hello,
I want to use the DRV8323RS in 1PWM Mode and Hall Sensors. From my perspective, the internal register settings are correct. The SPI Timing recommendation are fulfilled. I would expect, if Register2, bit 1 (BRAKE) is set to one, the motor is powered, to align. My chargepump voltage is at 35V (with 24V VCC).
I am struggeling once, with the understanding of the align or stop mode (Table 5, Pg. 32). Are these pins are shorted to ground or logic one internally?
As I mentioned above, I can change my settings over SPI e.g. in Register 3 and 4 to change the gate current or the motor direction in reg. 2. Communication seems good. No failure is indicated asnd I can readout all values back.
From my perspective, enable the driver, turn on the PWM on INHA, set, write 1 to Reg2 Bit 1 (BRAKE) and the motor must spin. But nothing happen.
What can going wrong?
