DRV8873HEVM: About Output Pulse

Hi,

Since I want to operate two motors, two DRV8873s are mounted on the same board.The peripheral circuits of the two ICs (CH1, CH2) are exactly the same,

but the CH1 IC's OUTPUT does not output properly.Currently, each IC operates independently.

CH2 can be confirmed up to 100% duty.CH1 only outputs pulses in the form of spikes when the duty exceeds 20%.

There is no fault detection.

When I tried to replace the CH1 IC, I was able to remove it smoothly.

It seems that the thermal pad on the back of the IC was not properly soldered.Is this directly related to the problem?
