DRV8462: Current rating

The full-scale current rating may be described in the datasheet as follows.

The current waveform of the stepper motor that we are currently considering is as follows.
The maximum flow is +1.8A and -1.8A, and we are considering the DDW package of this DRV8462.
Since the RMS current rating is 3.5A, do you understand that it can be used without problems in terms of current rating

(Since the rating is 3.5A compared to 1.8A, there is no problem with current?)
