MCT8316A: What are the Vin-high and Vin-low logic input voltages for DRVOFF pin

The data sheet specifies recommended logic input high and low voltages on page 14 sec.'7.3 Recommended Operating Conditions' under "LOGIC-LEVEL INPUTS (Brake, DIR, EXT_CLK, EXT_WD, SCL, SDA, SPEED)" heading but leaves DRVOFF input. What is the logic input high and low voltage for this pin?

Also the I2C voltages are repeated at two places 1. under the above mentioned heading and 2. under "I2C Serial interface" heading.The max values of Vi2c_H Vi2c_L are different than Vin_high andVin_low specified for SCL, SDA . Which are the correct values?
