DRV3946-Q1: Spice model for DRV3946QPWPRQ1

I would need a Spice model (unencrypted) for DRV3946QPWPRQ1 but can't find some.

Can you provide one?

It should have a thermal model also. Electro-thermal coupling would be also required.

The data sheet does not have a Zth diagram. And no diagram for RDSon (max.) over temperature.
