DRV8343-Q1: tDRIVE time on H/W Device set to minimum IDRIVE value

I am wondering how the DRV8343H tDRIVE time behaves when the IDRIVE pin is tied to AGND.

I have tested our application with the DRV8343S, and the only way I have gotten our application to work is when I set the tDRIVE_MAX bit. I see that on the SPI device, the bit is set when IDRIVEP_Hx = 0000b, 0001b, 0010b, or 0011b. If I set the hardware version (DRV8343H) to that same IDRIVEP_Hx with the IDRIVE hardware pin (tying it straight to AGND) will the tDRIVE time be 3000ns or will it be 20us?
