DRV10987EVM: Using GUI to configure parameters, the motor does not respond

Hi Team,

The customer used DRV10987EVM to connect the motor but found that it could not be driven. 

Q2:

Is there something wrong with the parameter settings that can't be started?

After the motor is refreshed, the page data changes, but the actual motor does not rotate.
