DRV8824-Q1: occasionally motor rotation direction and DIR set direction are inconsistent

Customers use DRV8824 to drive stepper motors, occasionally motor rotation direction and DIR set direction are inconsistent.

below is test scope:

The first 12 segments were reversed, and then 19 were reversed, but the control in the last box was transmitted 9 times, the first 8 were reversed, and the ninth was reversed.
