DRV8705-Q1: Copper Thickness of the PCB

We are using a DRV8705SQRHBRQ1 motor driver IC for our application and the motor we are using has a maximum current is 15A. We used 2OZ copper thickness and tested the motor at its maximum current. However, now our manufacturer has suggested changing the 1.5OZ copper thickness instead of 2OZ.

Please let us know if this change affects the IC performance or it should be fine.

Manufacturer suggestion: Your requirement is impedance wire line width 0.13mm, we can't widen it, we suggest changing the outer copper thickness to 1.5oz, please confirm!
